Report bad behavior by a trusted Street View agency or photographer

Hi @TraciC

A help. I believe that this question has already been answered, but I haven’t found the topic. Is there a forum, place or form where customers who have been misled by Trusted Street View Photographers can complain about the agency’s stance? In the Goggle My Business help forum, users are referred to the Google Maps Help Forum. In Google Maps they refer to this platform. But this platform is only open to Local Guides. In short. Where can these users call for help?

Hi @gmapas ,

if you would like to report bad behavior of a Local Guide, whatever is the reason and / or its status, you need to tag a Google Moderator and there is no need to tag Googlers instead.

For this I’m tagging here @KatyaL , she will contact you with the instructions how to report the Local Guide, please don’t share this information publicly as Google respects everyone’s privacy.

I appreciate the response and attention. I don’t want to make a report. What I’m looking for - I indicated in the initial post - is how a user who hired a trusted agency or photographer can report it in case of problems. Is there a forum or form for this?

Just as @LuigiZ advised you, it is better not to tag Googlers.

As your question is related to the Street View program, I advise you to reach out to one of the Street View Moderators. @ErmesT has tagged one of them for you.

Situação

Usuário foi ou é enganado por um Fotógrafo ou Agência de Confiança do Street View;

Usuário quer reclamar da conduta indicada acima;

Caminhos percorridos

Usuário vai ao fórum do Google Mapas com este problema. A equipe daquele fórum encaminha o usuário para este fórum. Usuário - a maioria donos de empresa - vai ao fórum do Google Meu Negócio, que também encaminha o usuário para este fórum.

Problema

Ao indicar o usuário para este fórum para reclamar de má conduta de um fotógrafo ou agência de confiança do Street View o mesmo deve ser Guia Local do Google e a grande maioria dos usuários do Google Meu Negócio que contratam o serviço não são Guias Locais e nem pretende sê-lo, até porque a maioria é dono ou gerencia a empresa que contratou o serviço.

Diante do exposto pergunto…

Há alguma página, formulário, local ou caminho onde usuários que contrataram serviços de agências ou fotógrafos de confiança do Street View possam reportar má condutas?

Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have a contact channel for such reports.

Below you can find the different options at your disposal:

  • If you consider that some trusted agency or trusted photographer have published some type of inappropriate content, please take a look at this section in the “Maps User Contributed Content Policy Help”;
  • In case you find some some trusted photographer or agency that is breaching the Sales guidelines, we invite you to provide us with examples;
    Please take in consideration that we can’t take any action in any issue between merchant and trusted photographers/agencies as mentioned in our web site under the paragraph Business Owners.
