“RENGA” is a local traditional dish served on all tables today. As a tradition Egyptians used to eat RENGA today as part of celebrating “sham el naseem” cermony which is today.
The dish contains smoked Herring fish served with multiple additions (spicy, chilli, sweet, salted and more) depends on your favorite taste.
