Hi. I am trying to remove this marker as it does not exist there and I enter the desired address, it brings me there(pic down below) which is not accurate. I have tried to relocate the marker but that didn’t work (not sure if it’s considered as a relocation). I went into “suggest an edit”, there’s only fix address, add or fix road, and your opinion about MAPS.
It’s not like others where we are able to choose to remove the marker as it’s permanently close or doesn’t exist here. Report a problem option is not there either.
Sharing a link of the location would make it easier to respond, but in any case your screenshot is clear enough.
What you are showing here is an address (a building) will several businesses inside, as indicated by the existence of a “directory”.
But the place itself is not a listing, it is just a pin (a position in Google Maps). That’s why on the bottom you see the command to fix an address or a road.
The directory tab means that there are listings in Maps on that address, and the photos tab show the photos added and related to the listings on that address.
This is the reason why you can’t edit it, nor remove it.

Your link is not working, but you are correct to focus on the pins = points of interest and go from there. Eighter create a new pin or edit an existing pin depending on what you are trying to achieve.
The address of the shop is a bit different from this one. If you see D alphabet is included in it. Do you want to remove that address because the business already has it?
Additionally, I would like to bring to your notice that the web page brings more options than accessing it on a cellphone.

11600 Jelutong, Penang, instead of sending me to the address entered, I am sent to the address shown in the post, 78 d, 11600, Jalan Jelutong, Jelutong, 11600 Jelutong, Pulau Pinang.
I went to the location that the map brought me to and I couldn’t find the shop anywhere and found out that the address that I entered kept on bringing me to this wrong location instead of the right one despite their address are different.
Before I escalate it for you, could you please help me with a photo of the shop front mentioning the exact address along with its name? It could be any document but make sure it is legit.
