Please read it carefully. A meet-up should be consistent, related to one of the Meet-up activities, and well described.
Just to give an example, meet with friends for a dinner will not probably considered a meet-up. Reason matters

There should be simple terms and conditions for keeping a meetup … so that meetup can be a village

Can you detail what is not clear, giving to Google, through @VasT , the opportunity for improving it?
Personally I have submitted several meet-ups without any issue, and where the meet-up is is not a problem for the submission

@ManojKumarDesai100 you can write in your language if you feel more comfortable describing your Meet-up. There are a plethora of Meet-ups held in several languages. As @ErmesT has already mentioned, please continue describing your issue in this thread and do not start new ones as this might be considered as spam.
