This is a issue few local guides too posted same problem here on connect. Currently you have 580 Points in your profile by these I can say that your 200+ Character review is not counted / points not added.
Why I am saying as review is not counted / points not added.

You have added 26 reviews so 10 Points for review & 1 for rating (10 + 1 = 11 & 11 × 26 = 286.) Total points for rating & review is 286.
You have added 35 Photos & 5 points for each photo. (5 × 35 = 175) The total points for photo is 175 + 286 = 461 and plus 119 points for the answers 461 + 119 = 580
By seeing this we can understand that you have missing the 10 bonus points of helpful reviews (over 200 Character review) I can only say one thing please be patience and continue your contributions to the maps. You will surely get your badge when the issue will fix and the bonus points also will be added to your profile.
