Le mie recensioni legittime su Google Maps non vengono pubblicate senza che Google motivi il rigetto e senza che venga consentito il ricorso. Con la presente chiedo che venga pubblicata la seguente recensione sulla corte europea dei diritti umani (ECHR) e che vengano rimosse tutte le eventuali limitazioni ingiustamente imposte al mio account google: Google Maps

Good morning and thank you very much Murat! How silly of me! Of course the review is visible only to me because it was never published. I filled out your form which should hopefully start a general check of my google account which is what I desire most. My account is subject to limitations after that lawyers got negative reviews and reported me to Google for my truthful and genuine but negative reviews. Also positive reviews are rejected by the automatic algorithms and I always need to appeal against such non sense decisions. Have you permanently solved the problem using your form ?

Quando vai a vedere i dettagli che messaggio ricevi? Puoi pubblicare una schermata?
A quel che ne so il ricorso per recensioni pubblicate in luoghi all’interno della EU è sempre possibile, se la non pubblicazione è causata dal testo. Se invece la violazione è identificata nei media allegati questo viene indicato nel messaggio.
Senza maggiori indicazioni non è possibile dare risposte più specifiche.
Puoi pubblicare una schermata della recensione e del messaggio mostrato da Maps?

Hallo Ermes! As requested I publish here both my google review (not published/visible) which took me time (so far just a waste of time) and the message I visualize when trying to appeal. It says in Italian that reviews for this place are not allowed despite there are more than 400 already published…So in this case the problem seems to be related to the institution I would like to have the pleasure to review…but in general my informative reviews are rejected even when positive and I need to appeal to get positive reviews published (happened just few days ago). There is a major problem with my Google account and I hope someone within Google Maps will take the time to remove all the limitations unfairly set on it. This morning I used the form linked by Murat to report the problem…but I am afraid it will be, as already happened in the past, ineffective.
Infatti, se Google Maps ha deciso di bloccare la pubblicazione di recensioni on un luogo l’appello è perfettamente inutile. In effetti nel messaggio è indicato che non devi fare nulla
Questo è perfettamente normale, io nell’ultimo mese ho inviato 25 appelli (7 solo oggi) tutti accolti immediatamente.
Come vedi, anche un moderatore di Connect nonché Guida Locale con in milione e mezzo di punti non è immune. Perciò non ti preoccupare, non è un problema del tuo account: il problema sono le recensioni false, e le relative leggi che obbligano chiunque ospiti recensioni online (quindi non solo Google) a rimuoverle immediatamente, pena pesanti sanzioni.
Per fortuna una legge Europea prevede anche la possibilitĂ di fare appello.

Grazie per le informazioni. Purtroppo, al di là di ECHR per il quale attualmente non è possibile pubblicare recensioni (e chissà se lo sarà di nuovo in futuro…) non riesco a pubblicare una recensione importante verso una attività privata che è stata pubblicata su Google Maps per anni per quanto più volte rimossa e ripubblicata in seguito alle contestazioni del recensito. Purtroppo sembra che non possa più presentare appello per quanto la recensione sia assolutamente legittima e contenga fatti inoppugnabili e verificabili. Esiste un modulo di contatto con cui chiarire la problematica relativa ad una recensione specifica ? Grazie
No, @Andrea1975 , come ho già detto non c’è un modo.
Ma basta modificare la recensione (io ho aggiunto una virgola) e riportarla, per poter fare appello di nuovo.

Grazie, purtroppo modificare la recensione non risolve il problema (ho già provato) e non mi dà la possibilità di un nuovo ricorso. Posso postare la schermata con il testo ma è in tedesco. A cosa servirebbe postarla qui ? Grazie
Questo è il messaggio che visualizzo quando apro i dettagli che hanno portato alla non pubblicazione. La recensione non viola alcuna norma ed è stata visibile per molto tempo. L’appello non è disponibile.

Thanks Murat do you have a specific link for filing an appeal? The links provided by Google after the removal of a review are normally not effective in my experience to successfully file an appeal. It seems that the appeals sent using the link provided by Google with the mail notification of cancellation of a specific review are not checked by human beings but by algorithms. Kind regards
