Meet-up Kota Tua are part of World Wide PhotoWalk which was initiated by @AlejandraMaria . The city has a variety of charming iconic destinations from museums, city parks, landmarks, lakes, entertainment centers to heritage destinations. This time, Local Guides Jakarta chose and start our adventure to the old town area of Jakarta, we call it “Kota Tua”, a historical witness behind the city of Jakarta which has a variety of interesting spots and easy to reach by public transportation. It’s a beautiful day and we met up atJakarta Kota Station at 01.00 PM . Jakarta Kota Station an Old Railway station in Jakarta and was built in 1887 , also one of the relics of the Dutch East Indies.
Let’s begin, this is how we spend World Wide PhotoWalk during holiday in Jakarta. From Jakarta History Museum (Fatahillah Museum)- Kali Besar Canal to Sunda Kelapa Harbour , a living history of Jakarta.
Enjoy some photos at https://photos.app.goo.gl/gETc77OMck0NhoUS2. Best moment is when we meet and shake hand together, after meet up complish and sharing our experiences. It’s an honour to be the host of this meet-up.
We spent a long time at the harbor. The night has come and we decided to close the meet-up. We are grateful the meet-up ran without meaningful obstacles. We are proud to be part of World Wide PhotoWalk, Showcase the Beauty of your City to the World.
