As part of the special edition of our “Know Your Connect Moderator” series, we recently hosted a Watch Party featuring Denise Barlock and the organizing team behind the upcoming #USAMeetup2026 in Key West.
To continue the conversation, we followed up with a live Q&A session, where the full organizing team joined to discuss the meetup and answer additional questions from the community.
It was wonderful to have the entire crew present for the session. A special shout-out to @Denise_Barlock who joined us all the way from the other side of the world in New Zealand! 
The rest of the organizing team — @Rednewt74 @JustJake @jayasimha78 and @Twyla — were also there to talk about different aspects of the meetup, including registration, logistics, swag, and community engagement.
We would also like to recognize @AdrianLunsong who has been supporting this initiative behind the scenes by sharing his experience from organizing the Euro meetups and helping with the logo and T-shirt design. Although Adrian couldn’t join the Q&A session this time, his support, ideas, and guidance have been incredibly valuable for the team.
Although we didn’t receive many live questions from the audience, the session turned into a great opportunity for us to continue discussing the meetup plans and share more insights about what participants can expect when we gather in Key West this June.
Originally, we didn’t plan to publish this session on YouTube. However, since the discussion included several helpful details about the meetup, we decided to record and share it so that anyone who couldn’t attend — or who may have questions later — can still hear directly from the organizing team.
