Hip hip hip, Hurray !!! We are celebrating 138k approved New Roads !!!

4. Team Leaders key notes (2 to 3 minutes each) - 15 min
5. Experience sharing - 25 Min
6. Thanking note and Closure by Shola - 10 Min
We tried to follow our outline as strict as we can. Thank you @Kumaarsantosh our meet-up moderator and Co-host.
Somehow we got into the USA meet-up 2026-Keywest. Jay shared some photos and news of their meet-up which was quite nice. That wasn’t part of our plans or agenda but anyway, we had while waiting.
As stated we started with the quiz from @jayasimha78. This quiz is always fun. It relaxes the stressed atmosphere of adding roads without approvals or low approval rate as it were. Lol. I was taking the lead at a stage but I lost it anyway someone won the quiz.
Team Brocolli won whoever they are ![]()
Some team leaders weren’t present but we understand no problems. Jake and Ermes missed. There were the top contributors who shared their experiences too. @khmansour1 shared that he developed a software that allows you to add roads faster. Hopefully he can explain himself better in the comment box. Anyone please reachout to him who wants details of the software
The ladies brought alot of positive energy to the meet-up. Thank you TRAChers. Alot of nice stories of succes. Those who started from zero and now have a few 100s of roads. That was so nice to hear on the meet-up.
@SonamW and @Supriyadevkar gave a speech. We will share some speech for the TRAChers team.

I said that I’m very proud of this TracHERs team we created. That the group started as a space for more women to participate in the campaign, and it exceeded my expectations. I mentioned that before TracHers, only 6 women were registered, and that 32 ended up joining, so the goal was more than met. I also mentioned that I made a post about it all and thanked all the women who participated.
And finally, I congratulated Supriya, who is truly a champion and added over 3,000 routes. Then I mentioned that Supriya and Sonam were on the call and that I was giving them the floor to share their experiences.

Whenever we start learning something new, it feels difficult at first. But with practice and guidance, things become easier. My road mapping journey has been exactly like that.
My first attempt at road mapping was rejected, and I thought it was too difficult for me. So, I stopped trying. However, I always wanted to learn. In 2026, I joined the new women’s road mapping group, and everything changed. After watching a road mapping tutorial by Naresh Darji, I made another attempt, and this time it was successful.
That one success gave me the confidence to continue. Today, I have added nearly 3,800 roads, with many more still awaiting approval. Along the way, I also reported and removed incorrect roads because accurate information is important for everyone using the map.
Although TRAC 26 has ended, my road mapping journey continues. I am grateful to Captain Shola for the guidance and support throughout this experience.
A heartfelt thank you to Marco DeVoli for his valuable technical support, informative emails, and inspiring weekly reports. Special thanks to my mentor, Kumaar Santosh, who was always willing to help not only his own team but many contributors like me. His selfless support has been truly motivating.
I would also like to thank my group leader, @ceci , who managed the team with great dedication despite facing health challenges.
Finally, I feel lucky to be part of such an amazing Telegram community where every contribution is appreciated and encouraged. The support, motivation, and positivity from everyone have made this journey even more rewarding.
From a rejected road to nearly 3,800 mapped roads, this journey has taught me that with the right guidance, determination, and community support, anything is possible.
Thank you, everyone!
Marco shared some details for the Roaders site. It would seems that not all who added roads on TRAC '26 season used it. Well the site is still up and running for now.
Perhaps we should add the team score sheets again here.
On this last note, we say TRAC '26 is declared officially closed for this season. Although as usual we continue to add roads in the background yet we are officially close.
Thank you everyone and happy holidays
Happy guiding
Cheers
