Place- Old Currency Building, West Bengal, India

Ghare Baire museum is situated in BBD Bagh Dalhousie where the finest works of Modern Bengal have been carefully curated. Renovated from the Old Currency Building in Kolkata. The exhibition is sectioned into 13 broad categories, showcasing nearly 500 artworks and 19 from the collection of the National Gallery of Modern Art, Delhi. The art of Bengal from the 18th to the 20th century is divided into early Bengal indigenous art, realism, and academic art in Bengal, Shantiniketan - Charting Untrodden Courses, visualizing Bengal’s man-made famine, and a photographic exhibition curated on Satyajit Ray.
