Hello Local Guides!
I hope you’re doing great.
What an incredible evening of community, culture, and, of course, amazing food! On Sunday, March 8th, 2026, we gathered at Liton’s Turkish Grill in Lisbon to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan with a special in-person Iftar meet-up.
The atmosphere at Liton’s Turkish Grill was warm and welcoming, truly living up to its name as a “Community Center.” We began the evening by traditionally breaking our fast with complimentary dates and soup, sharing stories about the significance of Iftar and the local traditions here in Portugal.
The highlight of the night was the massive spread. We experienced a unique blend of Turkish fusion and traditional Bangladeshi flavors. For just 17.99 euros, we were treated to a buffet featuring over 100 items!
As true Local Guides, we didn’t just eat, we captured the moment!
- Photography: We spent time snapping high-quality photos of the vibrant buffet and the warm, inviting interior of the restaurant to help future visitors on Google Maps.
- Community: It was wonderful to see familiar faces and welcome new ones. We shared stories about our favorite local spots and discussed how we can continue to contribute meaningful reviews to the Lisbon area.
