Accessible Airports Challenge 
– Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport 
Hello peeps!
Thanks to the inspiring Accessible Airports Challenge by @AnshukMitra, I had the opportunity to explore and discover new features at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport. I was pleased to conduct my first accessibility-focused meetup there. Even without attendees, it was a valuable chance to explore the surroundings and notice details that often go overlooked. This walkthrough aims to highlight how well-equipped, accessible, and inclusive the airport is.
Some photos were taken on different dates, as secured areas are not open to the public or authorized for photography. The meetup focused on exterior spaces, while other pictures were captured during my departure and arrival this month. Interestingly, while taking photos, I even sparked curiosity from a few passersby who showed genuine interest in the initiative. More visuals will follow once I complete the collage.

] Reserved seating for seniors and persons with disabilities -
[X] Buggy ride services if I am not mistaken (I will update if I am wrong) is not available as SSR Airport is compact. Single-terminal design (1 main terminal divided into areas for domestic & international flights) allows easy walking access, with moderate passenger volume so wheelchair support might be considered sufficient.

A rewarding solo exploration with valuable insights 
SSR International Airport shows strong accessibility features. More images and updates to come later…
