The holy month of Ramadan blessed us with another meaningful gathering, combining our celebrations of 10 Years of Local Guides, 20 Years of Google Maps, and International Women’s Day with an Iftar meetup in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. This event held a special significance as it brought together Local Guides, new contributors, and esteemed guests in a warm, festive atmosphere.
The event became even more special as the Bangladesh Expat Community in Malaysia jointly organized it a day before, ensuring a well-structured, successful gathering. Additionally, the Bangladesh High Commission in Malaysia honored us by accepting the invitation and attending the event. We were privileged to have the High Commissioner and seven other officers present at the event, further enhancing its significance.
