Recap: [In-Person] India, September 17, Kick Off Connect Live: Under the Lights of Adiyogi

Hello Local Guides!
Our journey began at Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru, where all the Local Guides gathered together. From there, we left for Adiyogi by private bus. Special thanks to @RosyKohli, who arranged the bus in advance for us.

The ride from the airport to Adiyogi was filled with songs, games, conversations, and laughter. It didn’t even feel like many of us were meeting for the first time – we were already so connected virtually that it felt like old friends coming together.

We reached Adiyogi at exactly 7 pm. The energy of the place was truly something else. Together we picked a nice spot to watch the laser show, which began at 7:15 pm. From the very first moment, everyone was mesmerised.

Through the show, the story of Adiyogi, the spread of yoga, the Saptarishis, and the 112 paths came alive with Sadhguru’s voice, powerful music and amazing visuals. It was a divine experience to witness.

Some of the Local Guides also stopped by the souvenir shops and picked up small gifts to remember the trip.

After the show, we all went together for dinner at a South Indian restaurant. The food was tasty, and along with it, everyone shared their own Local Guide stories and experiences.

After dinner, we left for Nandi Hills. The cool breeze on the way, a little stargazing, and talking non-stop with friends made the night really special. Thanks to @AnshukMitra, who had already booked the accommodation for us.

This Kick Off Meetup was more than just a meetup – it felt like family, and it gave us memories that will always stay with us.

Indeed, these moments will always be etched in our hearts!

Such a wonderful start to the Connect Live celebrations, Naresh ji . You beautifully captured the excitement right from the airport to the divine experience at Adiyogi. The laser show, the stories, and the fellowship truly made it feel more like a family gathering than just a meetup. I wished I could join, but since my flight tickets were already booked for 18th September and rescheduling was quite expensive, I had to miss this golden opportunity. Hopefully, I’ll get the chance to be part of such a memorable experience with you in the future.

An enthralling experience @NareshDarji and I will never ever forget this meetup. I never knew there is one place like this near Bangalore. Though the wait at the airport was little bit long, this trip is worth waiting. Enjoyed the young vibes. Every moment was excellent.

The bus travel, the food, the stay, the climate, the laser show and back trek to the resort every experience is amazing.

Trek in the evening before Adiyogi visit, the same trek during the night gave two different experiences. On the whole a wholesome treat for the soul.

Hello @NareshDarji , Wonderful post! I was sad to miss the Adiyogi visit due to my delayed flight, but I’ll always cherish the warm welcome you all gave me on the bus. Special thanks to @RosyKohli for arranging the bus, and to everyone for making the event so memorable.
A huge thanks to @Sagarkanherkar. He helped me get to the guest house on that steep hill in the rain, and I appreciate it.
