Paradox Museum Adventure
Our meetup planning started quite casually on WhatsApp apart from fixing the time and deciding we’d just have fun, there was one more reason: celebrating the Connect Birthday. We cut the grilled Sandwich like cake, sing songs, we dance little , laughed together, and captured many photos and videos to make it a truly memorable moment.
On the day of the meetup, Sayli and her brother Rushi were the first to arrive. They were followed by Deepak and Sagar, and then Mahesh and his wife Siddhi. Being the host, I was warmly welcomed by the team. Sanskriti arrived last.
We clicked pictures outside the museum. Right there, near the Paradox Museum, we spotted an old letterbox
knowing this might be the last time we’d see it, we captured some memories with it.
Once inside, we were greeted with warm smiles at the reception. The Paradox Museum has its own Brew Café, so before starting the tour, I don’t believe in actually Celebrition equal to Cake so we treated ourselves to some delicious snacks French fries, garlic bread, sandwiches, and lemonade as part of a combo. With our tummies happy and full, we were ready to explore.
The General Manager, Prakash Rajani, personally came to meet us and introduced a few of the crew members.
Sayli surprised everyone with handmade gifts “Letter Ganesha” designs with our names on them, and shells printed with “I Love Travel.” A lovely surprise indeed! Mahesh had brought his 360° camera, so we clicked plenty of fun photos.
Around 3 PM, the tour began. We received entry bands, completed basic checks, and stepped into the vibrant, mind bending world of illusions. The staff was extremely cooperative, and Aliza, Aaditya, and Sairaj shared details about the illusions with us. The museum truly lives up to its name what you see isn’t always what it actually is!
A special thanks to Aliza from start to finish, she guided us wonderfully, took many great photos of the team, and showed amazing patience. She never hurried us or seemed bored. Honestly, she felt like part of our team. Sanskriti was supposed to leave early, but she enjoyed so much that she didn’t want to go.
The Paradox Museum features over 55 different illusions some even with costumes plus an in house cafeteria, clean restrooms, and an energetic crew. Entry fee is ₹599, timings are 11 AM to 8 PM (extended to 8:30 PM on weekends). Exploring the full museum takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Each spot has display screens showing how to take the best photos, and the staff gladly helps with photography. On the upper level, there’s an event space that can accommodate 50 or 70 people, perfect for meetups, birthdays, or other celebrations.
Finally, Prakash Sir came to bid us farewell and shared some interesting facts about the museum. We returned with beautiful memories, the joy of celebrating Local Guides Connect Birthday, and plenty of photos.
But I am not actually sharing inside of musium because this musium is more like feeling your Eyes.
