On 22nd December, I attended the first anniversary celebration of the Pune Local Guides meetup hosted by @TusharSuradkar sir held at the vibrant Green signal cafe in Pune.
The atmosphere was lively, and we gathered at the cafe’s top section, which provided the perfect space for our gathering.
The meetup welcomed several new members.After getting to know each other, we ordered veg grilled sandwich and cold coffee, both of which were delightful.
@AjitThite Sir announced the winner of the logo challenge conducted on the Connect platform. @Sushrutsk bagged the first place with his impressive logo design, and he took us through the creative process and elements incorporated into his logo.
During the meetup, I distributed prizes for the quiz I had conducted during my Previous meetup
Ajit Sir and Tushar Sir then explained various Google Maps and Connect features to the new members. I also helped a few attendees sign up for Connect and provided them with a quick summary of the platform’s functionality.
Another highlight of the meetup was signing the souvenir card, a token to commemorate the occasion. We also received some lovely stickers from @TusharSuradkar sir which added to the fun and excitement.
The meetup ended on sweet note as we enjoyed the food, clicked pictures, and parted ways with the promise of meeting again soon.
