This was my 1st virtual meet up in lockdown time. As a sports person I am very much concerned about people health in this time that’s why I conducted this meet up and I was very eager to help of so many people through this meet up. Everyone was very excited about this meet up.
1st section (introduction)
In my meetup schedule 1st thing was introduction of each person one by one. In which rather than asking their name, level and country I also wanted to know about their favorite plant. I was very happy with results. Out of 30 attendees half of them loved holy basil (also known as tulsi ) which is a very beneficial plant and it is a holy plant in India and also used as a medicine .
2nd section (discussion on mental health and fitness)
After finishing introduction, we started our 2nd section of this meet up.
First I told them about the importance of physical fitness
Basic exercises for good health (with demonstration)
In this section I cleared the doubts of everyone one by one. After Q/A we winded up our virtual meet-up. It was a very interactive and informative meet-up. I thank everyone for attending this meet-up and making it fabulous.
Fitness is a most important part of our life, but now at this lockdown period it’s not possible to go outside for jogging. @JMD9 You have shared such a wonderful tips with us to maintain our fitness at home.
@JMD9 Looks like everyone had a great time. It’s a great idea for a virtual meetup. Did many join in exercising at the same time? Good for keeping healthy with community members.
Thanks it was awesome session, I was happy to see you doing first warm up & then started exercise, with exercise you told lg importance of drinking milk, having seasonal fruits, one should have Khichdi in there diet. Very true it good for health specially in summer.
Definitely if we do exercise everyday, it keeps your body, mind, soul fit.
