Hello, Local Guides
How are you doing? Another year passed by with the pandemic I hope everyone is doing very well and back to a busy life as normal
It was a privilege to celebrate Women’s Month with other Local Guides and our special Guest, Artha Julie Nava (“Julie”). Attendees are varied between Local Guides and personal friends and followers of the Speaker.

The meetup started on time at 9:30 AM lasted until 11:15 AM. A hiccup at the beginning with operating the slide ended up with a beautiful closing.

Artha Julie Nave is an author published more than 25 books. She has been a journalist, consultant, social researcher, and writing mentor. Her contribution in helping people build their branding has been established since 2013.
My idea to have her in the 2022 International Women’s Month celebration is to share her amazing ideas about women and how to overcome obstacles in their carrier lives in general.
“What I love most is helping people communicate their brand through book writing, press releases, blog postings, and brand courses. When I’m not doing that, I’m reading, traveling, and enjoying good food (seafood and barbecues are the best!)‘’ said Julie!!!
Her services include:
-
personal branding blueprint program for individuals and companies
-
providing media communication services such as writing books, press releases, blog postings,
articles/essays to promote the brand
-
helping others to tell their story in an authentic way that would resonate with their audience
-
as ghostwriting and personal branding coach from 2013 – now.
With a total of 11 wonderful questions and answers, there are a couple of questions that I would like to quote it here:
Question: Have you run into any obstacles as a woman and if so, how did you overcome them?
Answer: Responsibility as a woman is more complex, being a mother, and being a wife. Balancing time and responsibilities in the family is very important. The role of our spouse who is willing to help will make life so much easier.
Question: What advice do you have for someone who had a carrier before marriage and childbirth and wishes to restart their carrier later in life?
Answer: The vacuum phase between having a carrier and family and trying to come back to carrier life again is the best time to reevaluate the quality a woman can offer to the world. Would prior carrier is still good or something else more intriguing? Any extra classes or short education will help to enhance the next carrier? Do not let being a mother or being a wife hold you back to be who you are.
Question: In today’s time, how do you think the role of a woman should be defined?
Answer: In my personal opinion I don’t look at women by gender but as human. Every human has the same right as others.
Question: Do you have any advice for young women in today’s time?
Answer: Be yourself, reach your goal, do not let anything hold you back.
