This temple is at end of my town as soon we enter there is a big parking space with an accessible entrance
At the entrance, one restaurant is situated by the name Padmavati, but only veg food is available here. I had vegetable khichdi here and my friend ate ice cream. There is special lift for accessible person in temple to go to first floor to ground floor which I mention in photo. For more detail, I am attaching few photos here
This is really fun for all of us and my favorite place of all time I am very happy to share with you that my tithal beach is accessible for all ex. blind people, disabled people, pregnant ladies, old people can enjoy the fresh air of the beach they can come here with a wheelchair and enjoy the scenery of beach they can use the ramp for go to walkway here are some photos.
This is one of the oldest temples in town I used to visit in my childhood but there is no ramp to enter the temple if you want to see the statue of god you can sit in front of the temple and observe,… The beauty of this temple is you can see the statue of Sai Baba from the beach itself. restaurant, hotel for stay, play area for children, and public toilet are nicely managed by the management team of the temple.
Fabolous @Tejal what you are doing is really remarkable and That’s really great that now we are finding places with Accessibility friendly features in our cities and toursit places. This is because of Accessibility awareness which is coming from different ways to the people, and especially we Local Guides have a big part in it, to create awareness in our regions.
Thank you so much Tejal for sharing such a great post. I really appreciate your efforts .
I love the way you explain one by one, very detail and clear. I can imagine the place through your beautiful photo collage and explanation. Thanks for sharing Mom @Tejal
You are doing great efforts @Tejal ma’am, keep doing it and it will inspire many other, it is very detailed recap with photos. Thank you for sharing with us.
Love the recap @Tejal and what a great efforts to conduct this event and Tithal Beach is lovely. I should add more review on the accessibility on beaches and islands where I spend some times whenever we can. It’s still a bit difficult for persons with disabilities, particularly those with reduced mobility, to commute using traditional boats like I use to hop on and off the islands. but it should be something we can think about
Nice recap post @Tejal ben ! It is one of my favourite beaches since childhood. I remember it was so different earlier , only Saibaba temple was there which was directly connectes to the beach. Happy to see so much development there ! Thank you for sharing and bringing back my childhood memories !
