Just wanted to share my re-cap of the first meet up I´ve hosted ever, I feel it went pretty well, we even used the Brand New MetroCable of Miraflores and got swag from Metro Team
Finally, when all of us got together, we went inside and while doing the line, a guy from Metro read a story for us, from the book, Medellin in 100 words, the story he read was about an impossible love between a Zebra and a unicorn, he even gave to each of us a copy, this is an effort to take people to Public Libraries.
As we got inside the Tranvia, one of our girls had her knee hurting, we asked a guy to provide his seat, he did it without hesitation, then we went all the way up to Buenos Aires, we used their first Metrocable, the views were amazing, one of the girls was a Little worried of heights, but everything went ok, we had a nice time.
On the way back, a nice lady told us that the Brand New Metrocable of Miraflores was doing test trips that day until 5pm, we hurried there and got a chance to used them and they gave us a piggy in the shape of a Metrocable cabin. After all this tour we starving and went directly to Mercado del tranvía to eat a Little snack and chat, it was an awesome day, can´t wait for the next meet up.
