Hi Guys
I know google has good reasons for not applying changes to google maps but this is odd. The reject message was the standard “Not applied google could not verify the location” Fine !
However, go into google maps, tap on the street location and the building is there plain to see. I gave a photo, store hours, phone number and there are plenty of sites online that validate the location.
Does anyone know what else I should have done. Odd that an important branch cannot be added.

Hi @Peter_Broster most likely that bank is managed in Google My Business which limits what Local Guides can do. Its also possible someone else’s edit is in the queue in front of yours.

Hi Paul. Ah I did not know that thank you. Coincidentally, periodically I tried to add my local Starbucks back in 2016 and for 3 years it kept rejecting. Then suddenly this year 2020 it was added. It must be the same situation, banks, big coffee chains etc must control their own corporate additions. Lesson learned. Cheers Peter
