Ramna Park is a park with extensive shade in the heart of Dhaka city. This park was established in 1610 during the Mughal period covering a large area. Ramana Park has an area of 68.50 acres and 211 plant species.
Ramana Park is a traditional park rich in grass, vines, small and medium trees, and seasonal flowers. There are very rare species of trees and birds here. The park has a lake, which is 812 meters long. Due to its diversity, there are some flowers in Ramana Park throughout the year.
Ramna Park, known as the lungs of Dhaka, has been newly decorated. Now when I go to Ramana Park, my mind is full. It seems that a new nature lover has been touched there. Innovation in everything. As the walkways are made of ceramic bricks, so is the seating area. As the lake has been dug and cleaned, decks have been built on both sides of the lake and wooden walkways have been provided. The beauty of spring flowers in winter catches the eye. Likewise, looking at the greenery, it seems as if the evergreen bun is there. The whole park is clean and sparkling.
Thousands of people visit the park every day. Many spend some time here to get a touch of tranquility in this city of traffic jams. Most people come here for morning and evening trips. Many people living in the vicinity of Ramana Park choose Ramana Park for morning exercise.
