Hello @Fareeha-Saleem ,

Thank you for sharing all this food with us, everything looks very delicious. How long did it take in order to prepare all this? Was this food only for one iftar, for breaking the fast, or for several days?

Would be nice if you could share few recipes, would love to try some of them.

Well it takes almost 3 to 4 hours to prepare all of these dishes, and these all for one iftar (opening the fast) i would like to share my mint margaritas s recipe,

Mint leaves one small bunch

Salt to taste

Lemon 3 to 4

Sugar 1/3 cup

Ice cubes (if you want in slush form add more ice)

Sprite/ 7up/water

Blend all mentioned ingredients in juicer and serve it with lemon.

Onion Rings / crispy fries

Ingredients:

Cut one onion or pataos in roun shape

One egg

4 spoons Gram flour

5 spoons rice flour

Salt to taste

Red chilli to taste

Water for mixing

Mix all above ingredients in thick paste and dip onion or patatos in this better. And deep fry it in hot oil.

Enjoy crispy onion rings or fries

Note: rice flour will make our fries crispy.

Regards

Fareeha Saleem
