In this post I would like to share with all of you what I love sharing on Google maps the most.
I am from Mumbai, India and here most common mode of local transport is railways and railways are considered the lifeline of Mumbai.
I am passionate about sharing facilities available on a railway station so that whenever a person is checking google maps, the person will have handy information.
I feel like this information should be in the form of a check list for all railway stations in Mumbai.
Check list according to me should be like:

Escalators available (on which platforms and at which end)

ATMs at Station
-
Parking facility near Station
-
Washrooms on platforms
-
Purified water facility on platforms
-
Medical help availability
-
Wifi availability
-
Canteen facility
Till two years back, our railway stations here didn’t had escalator facility. Now gradually railway stations are getting escalators but one platform at a time. So as of now too not all platforms have escalator facility at all ends of station.
Since I am from Mulund Mumbai, I could write a detailed review for my suburb on the maps.
I wish to post such detailed review with the checklist for all railway stations in Mumbai and may be later on for Maharashtra and then India so that every local person is guided with the help of Google Maps.
