Rabri (Traditional Pakistani dessert).

A glimpse of varieties offered by the business.

We’ve heard a lot about this place and this is where the legend begins. A

the Meetup and walk of “Photowalk Hyderabad”, me and @KashifMisidia brother rushed towards the famous [Shah Latif dairy](http://Shah Latif Dairy Latifabad Unit 7 Latifabad, Hyderabad, Sindh 0346 3822668 https://maps.app.goo.gl/QTw3tuhC6AjXFxK59)

which was guided to to us by @sheeraz .

This one was no doubt the tastiest and one of the oldest spot-to-go to carve the desire of sweetened sweetness. A pure treat for the taste buds. Delicious milk. Mouth watering variety of desserts and most of all the hospitality.

One of another specialties is seasonal Gaajar ka halwa ? (Carrot dessert).

Gaajar ka halwa ?(carrot dessert)

This one little buddy here is one majestic treat. If you’re offered with it anywhere in your life, never say never.

The shop is no doubt one fine piece of cleanliness, neatness and professionalism. Although no accessible entrance and parkings are available here which were discussed with the owner by @KashifMisidia and he was thankful for notifying that error.

After enjoying the treat, we headed back to home. It was a journey not to be forgotten.

Hi @Bilal_shaikh

Thanks a lot for sharing with us the Rabri.

Is there any flavour other than the milk?

Is it a kind of yogourt?

Have a nice day

Hi there @Julien44 . I’m glad you asked. No it’s not a kind of yogurt.

It’s just condensed milk processed with other ingredients.

And yes there are flavors too. The most used is classic Rabri. Other most famous are pistachio Rabri, almond Rabri, cashew Rabri etc…

Wah @Bilal_shaikh , thank you for tagging me in your post about one of my favorites dessert Rabbri.

If you remember we bought 2 packets of Half Kilograms from Shah Latif Dairy Hyderabad, and believe me its reached at my home, it was finished in just an hour  even I just tasted one spoon

No doubt this was the best Souvinier which I bought from Hyderabad to Karachi.

@Nyainurjanah dear, it’s a dessert. It is made from carrots :carrot: , a sweet dish to be precised. And is so yummy already but for perfection it’s served with dry fruits like Walnuts, almonds, cashews and condensed milk topping. If you’d ever have a chance to go to Pakistani community area in your country you can easily have it there.
