Hi @SutuCosmin ,

Thanks for reaching out to us!

In this case you should report the issue to the app developer, so they can investigate further and help you solve your situation. Have in mind that the Street View team isn’t be able to troubleshoot third party applications.

P.S.: I will merge your post to this ongoing discussion, where Local Guides discuss Street View related queries. Have in mind that this is how we keep the forum organized.

@troschan I have the same problem with Panoskin Trailblazer. I wrote them and I received my answer.

Thank you for reaching out to Panoskin Support.
We are aware of this issue but we don’t know when it will be resolved due to staff shortage.

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please have in mind that new enrollments into the Street View trusted program are put on hold. At this time, the Street View team do not award the trusted badge to new contributors who’ve reached the minimum number of photos for membership, and do not list new professionals on the for-hire index.

Добрый день. Хотел бы узнать, как можно стать Сертифицированным фотографом в 21 году? Какие условия нужно выполнить, если нельзя, то когда появится такая возможность?

On hold doesn’t mean forever, but at the moment is not possible to become a Street View Trusted photographer. Subscribe on the mentioned post for receiving the updates about the Street View Trusted Program.

Hi @JGH34,
I bought an android device and installed Google Street View_v2.0.0.268460236 version via apkpure. After installing the app, instead of reloading the photos, I tried to connect the ones I uploaded before, but it didn’t work. Could the problem be that I’m trying to connect the pre-loaded photos? If I can’t, I guess I’ll have to use a 3rd party app. Thanks for your support. Thank you too @magrippa

@aliboduroglu

Should work, photos that you see under “Profile” can be connected.

However you may need to zoom in or out so that all the photos are selectable.

Once they are selectable, and you do select them, then you can rotate, move and connect photos.

Before Google turned off the AI that done auto connections and positioning, it was moving pictures all over the place. Are you sure your old photos are where they should be ?

Good Luck !

@Bobiisha I heard about the Google Trusted 360 Photographer in August when I posted my first 360 photo. The program intrigued me and I was determined to reach the required 50 360 photos. I saw that a lot of people did very basic photos to reach the status, but I was determined to post high-quality photos that would be unique and interesting. Consequently, it took me 5 months to reach the 50 required photos, but I think it was worth it based on the relative popularity of my images.

Since August, I have had over 150,000 views.

Once I reached the required 50 360 images, I was waiting to get my email welcoming me to the program. As you can imagine, I was disappointed when I found out that you discontinued the program. I had to do some serious research to find out that the program was discontinued. There were significantly more things talking about the benefits of the Google Trusted 360 Photographer program with no follow-up or astricts that it had been discontinued.

In all honesty, I feel like it’s been a bait and switch. I methodically took high-quality images, and have never had any errors or unpublishable photos, and now I can’t enjoy the benefits of the program. I don’t think that’s fair.

I realize that this is a long shot, but I’m asking to be grandfathered into the Google Trusted 360 Photographer program. I’ve worked hard to reach the requirements and I’ve brought value to the Google family of products.

    Regards,
    Kermit Innis

My agency receives road surface videos (and other pavement data) on roads we have improved. In the past year, we collected videos covering 219 kms of El Salvador’s Northern Transnational Highway, and 372 kms of two major regional Senegal roads, RN2 in the Saint-Louis province along the northern border, and RN 6, connecting major towns in the Casamance region in the south. This includes roughly 600 videos, all indexed to identify the start- and end-point locations of each video.

Is there a way to automate uploading these videos to Street View?

@jokomoly are they 360 video and do you own the copyright? If you do then I recommend attempting a connection via https://maps.google.com/help/maps/mapcontent/

Good afternoon. Please tell me why my panoramas are not displayed in the company’s organization card on the maps? I shoot panoramas in Russia.

As you can read in this recent post from the head of the Local Guides “Out of an abundance of caution and with safety in mind, teams are removing user contributions like photos, videos, reviews, and business information and all user-submitted places from Google Maps in Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus since the invasion began. We are also temporarily blocking new edits from being posted on Maps in those countries

In addition, as according to your avatar and to your contributions this (Virtual Tour) seems to be your business, I want to share with you this post: How to be a Street View trusted photographer while also being a Local Guide .

Using your Local Guides account for your business is against the Local Guides Program Terms and Conditions : “Organizations, brands, and businesses are not eligible for the Program. If you offer services for hire (such as marketing yourself as a Street View trusted provider), you are not allowed to bundle such services with your Local Guide membership

Hi @Anonymous_cc6afb0d3d3d4e986b58637ae8fe756a ,

Out of an abundance of caution, we are removing user contributions like photos, videos, reviews and business information and all user-submitted places from Google Maps in Ukraine, Russia and Belarus since the invasion began, and are temporarily blocking new edits from being made.

You can find more information about the steps Google is taking to help in this crisis in this thread by the Administrator of Local Guides.

In addition, you’ve asked the same question on the other thread and I am merging it there to keep Connect Organized.

Good afternoon. thanks for your reply. I’ve studied the articles you sent. But I don’t charge for placing panoramas on maps, I do it for free. I take payment only for virtual tours made in HTML5, this information is available on my website. How should I be in such a situation, I promise clients that their panoramas will be on Google maps, and in the end I can’t keep my promises, I’m a hostage of the situation ( . Please help me to cope with this trouble, please.
