I see a lot of people capturing the place of the last/past owner.
This means they start with a lot of bad reviews sometimes of maybe with good luck a lot of good ones.
But this is not the only issue. I saw places that changed from restaurant to chocolate producer.. so this people get a lot of téléphone because people see food.
Mostly we are talking about people not so good with apps. So I go to the place or send a message by Facebook or WhatsApp if they are interested in a fresh start. A lot are happy that I help them out with it.. while another part is absolutely not interested in general.
When i got confirmation I put the old place (somethimes i have to change the name to “name place (old owner)”) on permanently closed what changes still changes to temporary closed. And after a make a new location with all the information and help the new owners to claim they page.
Is there a easier way to help this people?

There are 2 or more types of changes here below 2 of them i found out:
- In screenshot below a example: (in this case the name changed but I dont know if the owner changed)
- In the screen below.. the owner changed this week for the 3th time. The place is permanently closed. But reopened with i dont know what name, but I think they still Cary the same name.
That temporary closed issue is also a pain. Cause now u dont know if the owner is in holiday or permanently closed or temporary closed.
