On Android Phone
- Open google maps
- Search for the place for which information is required .
- At the bottom of the place you will see “ Question & Answers “
- Scroll to see if some body already asked your question and got replies for the same .
- To ask the question tap on ask the question .
- You can also edit or delete your question by tapping the three dots on the screen to see more options .
On Desktop Computer
- Open web page www(dot)google(dot)com
- Search for the place for which information is required .
- Under the information card on the right side click “Questions & answers” section .
Negative Points.
- No Guarantee that required information will be made available .
- Answers could be replied after days , months or years .
- No guarantee for the accuracy of the answers provided .
- Not available on ios / Apple Phones yet . as on 2nd may 2019
