Are there any Connect events in Vancouver?
In past we saw many Pop-Up events in many countries like India, Nigeria, Japan and Peru. But still there is not any announcement about any future event. So we have to wait for it. But you can join Virtual meet-ups by different Local Guides around the world by this Meet-up Site.
Will there be a virtual main Connect event this year?
From the last 4 years, there is the main event called Connect Live (except 2017, it was Local Guides Summit) organized by Google in California, but unfortunately, the event for 2020 was canceled due to a pandemic situation.
Connect Live 2021 hasn’t been confirmed so far neither announced. In the previous years, applications started during spring, and the event was held during autumn (fall) - for example, CL 2018 happened in October and CL2019 in November and CL2020 was announced for October.
And we don’t have any information about any upcoming Virtual Event of Google as well.
How can I apply?
When the event will announce, you will get all information about applying for this wonderful event in announcement post. You can check announcement post
