The Artwork: Designed by renowned artists Claes Oldenburg and Coosje van Bruggen, the sculpture stands 60 feet (18 meters) tall. The bright red feathers of the arrow and the golden curve of the bow create a dynamic contrast against the surrounding cityscape.
