PROBLEMS LEAVING GOOGLE REVIEW on my MAC or iPHONE, continually get asked to ‘Sign in with your Google Account to write a review’, goes round in a loop without moving to the review page to allow new reviews to be added. my passwords are ok, no other alerts on my google account… also tried on google maps, searching for the establishment and same issue…

PLS HELP!!

@4HG Just want to confirm, this is happening both with Mac laptop/desktop, and iPhone?

For a start, can you inform us the following:

Mac:

  • What Mac version of are you using?

  • What browser are you using and what’s the version? Have you tried Incognito mode if you’re using Chrome browser?

  • Can you try clearing browser cache and sign in again?

iPhone

  • What iPhone version are you using?

  • What OS version are you using?

  • What version of Google Maps app are you using? (if you go to app store, do you get option to update?)

Thanks for reaching out to us!

Please go to your mobile device’s settings and find the sync options for the Google account you’re using for Maps. Then make sure that the people details are synced. I kindly ask you to let me know if that solves the issue.
