Probleme mit Connect

Hallo Zusammen,
in Connect ist immer alles verschoben und hängt ständig fest,ist das ein generelles Problem zurzeit.
Man hat Schwierigkeiten etwas zu schreiben.

Das Problem konnte ich nicht feststellen, aber ich musste gerade 2x meine Identität bestätigen, bevor ich die Seite öffnen konnte!

Auch Google Maps ist von den Daten unvollständig, da scheint es auch Probleme zu geben.

I have noticed it too, but honestly I didn’t pay to much attention as I am mostly on desktop, and I supposed it was just a glitch on my device, @AngieYC

I also reported it on the form @ErmesT . I really hope it will be attended to. It’s getting hard to text on mobile.

Yes, it’s quite hard, I agree, because when the keyboard is activated the button menu of connect and the reply button is jumping up and covering the text area, so we are writing without being able to see what we write.

Yes this is exactly what is happening @ErmesT . The image describes it all. The Local Guide app do lag most times, i don’t know if I’m the only one experiencing that.

Hi @AngieYC . I’m using an Android… Android 14 version to be precise like i said on the form. Also I’m on the Connect app not the browser.

I will check the details you shared on the form shortly.

I do want to clarify that Local Guides Connect does not have an app, what you are using is most probably a shortcut to access the site itself.

Ich verwende Pixel 9.
Die Auswahl der Länder ist auch schon seit längerem nicht mehr richtig zu sehen, siehe Screenshot


Ich habe immer noch mein Land an der Endung finden können.

@AngieYC what i shared here is also what i shared on the form as well when @ErmesT said i should do so. You could check the form regardless

Yeah @Annaelisa . I had this issue as well. The search bar helped me regardless but it was quite hard. I’m glad it’s been attended to
