Hi everyone 
I have a little problem, which is:
A friend of mine just found a new place for her dance studio (S.W.A.G. Studio Paris) and she will be having the launching party this Saturday night (18/09/21).
The problem is, the address field on Google Maps is still showing the previous location.
I tried to submit a modification directly on Maps but it hasn’t been taken into account yet.
She has also tried directly from her Google My Business account but she got an error message.
FYI: She has no longer access to the mailbox of the previous address.
Old adress: 77 rue de Charonne 75011, Paris FR
New adress: 15 rue Desargues, 75011, Paris FR

Any idea what the problem is and how to resolve it?

Normally all questions related to a business should be addressed in the GMB help center and you find the GMB forum here.
The interests of a business owner and a local guide should never be mixed.
I noticed that the listing on Google Maps has not been claimed. If she had done this months or years back the move would not be an issue since she would have been the verified owner.
Please seek help on the GMB pages listed above.

Because this entry is claimed @Lorenzou @MortenCopenhagen is right its unlikely a Local Guide could make an edit that would stick. Your friend needs to open a support ticket with Google My Business. Once they go through verification they will be able to take control of the business entry. Given the person needed a gmail to sign up the GMB it should not be too hard to resurrect that gmail account if they go through the account recovery process.
