If you have been disturbed by the business, that was able to track you and to find your phone number, this is something that should be reported to the appropriate authorities, not in the community.
Btw, inviting others to modify, based on your experience, their review, is also inappropriate, and against the program rules.
Every review must be respectful and genuine, based on the personal experience, not to indications received by others.
