wow the pizza looks indeed a very nice one and the mix of ingredients is very special, I’m surprised about the combination of honey and nuts with mozzarella di bufala, something which you can never find in Italy, especially in the south :blush: … does it taste sweet? And what’s your favorite flavor of pizza?

Yes, it is a surprising and very pleasant blend of flavors, goat cheese and bufle cheese goes perfectly with honey, fresh figs, or chetney, and all on a dough that has risen 5 hours, I let you imagine the taste!

This is one of the creations of this pizza maker, he trained in Italy and he reached level 2 in the field, the pizzeria is located in Menton on the French Riviera.

Tout à fait ! Le sud est de la France est très fusionner avec l’Italie, j’ai de la chance d’avoir une double culture culinaire :blush:

Thanks a lot @BEN-YELLES for the extra information shared for us and very good job to the “pizzaiolo”, I’ll keep in mind this place if I should pass any day around that area.
