Indonesia is a country rich in fruit. Many types of bananas can flourish. Bananas can be eaten directly but also many are eaten after being processed or cooked.
Piscok is a banana that is processed with chocolate and flour dough. It feels better.
This processed banana has a high selling value.

kalau di Bandung, penyajiannya agak berbeda. pisan yang sudah dikupas lalu ditusuk bambu kecil seperti sate, lalu bagian luar dilumuri oleh cokelat aneka rasa, lalu disimpan di frezer agar cairan coklat menempel kuat di permukaan pisang

This is what I call wonder bites! The combination between banana, chocolate and dough is one of my absolute favorite. In my home country we usually make pancakes on which we add fruits, such as bananas, strawberries, etc. and of course chocolate. Some people prefer to have it with honey, which is also a great combo, but I always prefer to order the chocolate version.

Many variations can be added to the piscok.
Some like cheese, plus cheese.
Some like mayonnaise, plus mayonnaise.
This Piscok will be delicious when it’s still warm.

As a fan of mayo and cheese I can definitely say that I’ll enjoy piscok with both toppings. But, I have a question about this, are we talking about mayonnaise by itself or with a combination of chocolate and banana? Also, are they easy to find, @kasiyanta ? If, or better yet when I make it to Indonesia, I’ll be on the lookout for piscok.

The name Piscok consists of Pisang which means banana and coklat which means chocolate. Chocolate bananas are wrapped in flour dough. If we want to top the cheese or mayonnaise, we can top it.
This Piscok is only in certain restaurants.

Good to know. Thank you so much @kasiyanta for this informative reply. I do enjoy the mixture between chocolate and cream cheese, but I haven’t tried it with mayo, actually it never came to my mind that these ingredients are a good combo. That’s something new for me to experience I guess.
