Hi @Shola4sure .
Sorry I made you wait. I made an upside down pineapple cake. ?The only difference is that I used the dried pineapple that my friend gave me.
Pancake mix 1 bag (200 g)
Egg 1
milk 150 cc
Dry pineapple 1 bag (60 g)
Butter 10 g
Unsweetened yogurt 200 g to return the dried pineapple
Put the dried pineapple in a closed container with yogurt and soak it in the refrigerator for 1 day.
Next day, apply melted butter to the inner pot of the rice cooker. Arrange the softened pineapples so that they do not overlap the bottom of the inner pot. Pickled yogurt is a waste, so mix it with pancake mix, milk, and eggs. Pour half of the mixture into the inner pot. Put the pineapples that could not be lined up. Add the other half of the pancake mix to the inner pot. Cook in porridge mode.
Finished.
Upside down!
Dudern! ?I could do something like this.
The first pineapple cake, the taste is… Yummy!?? It might have been moisturized if I used pineapple that was not dried. It’s very exciting to try a recipe I’ve never made. Thank you for teaching me.?
