Hi LGs,

This is Karthikeyan Tamilnadu Local Guides Community Owner - Unofficial approved Community, i hosted a second meetup at Pichavaram Mangrove Forest Photo Walk. recently conducted a Photo Walk Meetup on PICHAVARAM Board Walk with initiated by Local Guide.

There was conducted Two Meetups on 1st June 2019

  1. Morning Session at 09:30 am to 12.30 pm.

PICHAVARAM MANGROVE FOREST PHOTO WALK - BOARD WALK - Hosted by Karthikeyan. at 09:30 AM to 12:30 PM.

This Meetup was conducted at PICHAVARAM MANGROVE FOREST PHOTO WALK on 1st June 2019. I selected this place because very adventures place, covering about 1100 hectare of area. It is separated from the Bay of Bengal by a sandbar with wet land occupied. The Pichavaram forest not only offers waterscape and backwater cruises, but also another very rare sight the mangrove forest trees are permanently rooted in a few feet of water. There are more than 400 water routes available for boating. one can be enchanted by the complex river system and canal network that bind this beautiful place together and support the rich biodiversity of the place. very rare species, second largest Mangrove forest in the world, I visited this place three times when I took an three days leave and I wasn’t able to completely cover that day as I really many arrangements for the meetup before many things.

And i special thanks to Mr.Dev sir @aaryesdee @aravind_995 @Lambertwinston & @MohanVee because they came different locations from Bangalore 420Km and chennai 230Km around for the meetup event’ thanks to all LG’s. The Meetup time was 9.30 am to 12.30 pm. after meetup day morning Me and @aaryesdee reached at 09:15 pm Meetup location by Bike with our four new Local Guides @Saranspot @Kirubakaran @Akilan & @Selvabarathi of others and I was so happy to have them, then Three active LG’s from Chennai they are started journey at 06.00am to 10.00 am reached Pichavaram Boating place by car Aravind_995 Lambertwinston & MohanVee . all are assembled as per the schedule. as i gifted CAPS printed with our Tamilnadu Local Guides Community name compliments to all attendees.

Then we wear’d Safety jackets along with all LG’s Once there, we took a Forest Department speedboat and were off on the water. Around 10 minutes in, and we grouped deeply inside the Mangrove Jungle reached Meetup location Board Walk.

We explored and share knowledge about Google Maps and Local Guide Programme, and we have special permission into the jungle, visited many Shooting spots, cave type duel side closed rooted canals. very adventures places we had seen. below shared many DSLR photos, 360 Degree Panoramic images and 360 degree Videos about from Pichavaram Mangrove Forest Photo Walk events.

But we are missing other Local Guides @RtnArulPrakasamT @Saravanakanth @Sathiyaph @JohnPeter @TravellerG @Selvamani_R they can’t attend this meetup due to the family commitments, may be upcoming meetups they will attend.

Very nice and adventurous meet-up. In 360 coverage, I think there is some issue with lens. Please check it. Overall everything is very good and I missed it.
