Google Maps helps people in many ways. The most useful thing is to find the place you need and see it before visiting. Photography is not only art. Photography is a tool and an assistant in different areas of life - from jurisprudence to land orientation.
Some institutions and organizations are marked on the map very conditionally. Many state institutions consist of a whole complex of buildings, each of which has its own functional purpose. Not always the central administrative building is intended for the reception of citizens. In such cases, photography, as a tool, helps to highlight accents, to find the right place.
I am a lawyer and also I am a tourist. So as a lawyer and as a tourist I have 2 real examples of how photography can be useful to find the right place in my native Kharkiv (Ukraine). But what to do if specialized medical care is required in an institution with the appropriate capabilities? In this case, it is advisable to go directly to the regional hospital. In Kharkiv there is such a medical institution. However, a significant number of buildings of the regional hospital may complicate the search for an reception department. This is not an easy task even for the local population, who is familiar with the Ukrainian language. The presence on the interactive map of a relevant photo of the desired building will help you quickly find the right place.
All of the above is true for many other public institutions, for example, in the search for the office for submitting an application at the General department of the National police in Kharkiv region. So photography is not only art, photography is a useful tool.
