Hello @PrasadVR unfortunately, as I thought, the maps cannot be renewed because the phone update is old. That is why you are experiencing this problem. @InaS The solution to the problem is to use the latest versions
@Gezendunyali Thank you for the clarification.
Hello, @dezcel I encountered a similar issue, and after some troubleshooting, I identified the following steps that resolved the problem on my mobile iOS 15.8,. I’m sharing the solution below ( my experience) ; please try it on your iOS mobile and kindly let me know the results. Thank you!
Setting >Google Maps >Photos >Selected Photos >Edit Selected Photos >Albums >Recents>Done
@PrasadVR I’m using iOS 17.1.1 I am using Google Maps 6.92.0
My options are different than what you described. It appears that I did find a way to make it work, but it’s not how I would have expected.
Settings>Google Maps>Photos>Photo Library Access>None
It seems odd that selecting “None” for Photo Library Access would work, but that is what seemed to work for me.
@dezcel Great to hear that you’ve found a solution, and your issue is now resolved with the mentioned settings in your post.
