These are possibly pumping stations or turbine housings at Ajodhya Upper Dam in WB @Muzie78 and @Tanvir_Hasan
Interestingly, in one of the reviews, the following photo grasped my attention.
The notice is there at the entry point onto the bridge insisting that users should not click photos.
Trust @The_Explorer_Sk has received necessary approvals from the authorities to post the photo.
