My entry for @Ssiddharth2000 Breakfast Challenge
Last Sunday, I kickstarted my morning with a South Indian breakfast feast at a newly opened south indian cafe in Viman Nagar, Pune -Bangalore Canteen
They have 3 branches in pune
Karve Nagar, viman Nagar and Sinhagad road.

Location:

Walked in around 9 AM and loved the calm, cozy vibe of the place. Though the seating is a bit limited, the ambience is perfect for a relaxed breakfast outing.
The menu is a delight for anyone craving authentic South Indian flavours.

Myself and @dpalash2205 tried their Open Butter Masala Dosa – crispy, buttery, and generously filled. The Benne Thatte Idli was soft, fluffy, and melted in the mouth.

Of course, I couldn’t skip the Filter Coffee – strong, aromatic, and comforting :hot_beverage:.

Their Guntur Chilli Chocolate Cake was superb! The concept of combining sweet and spicy is amazing! Must try

Thank you for sharing this! @DurgaK03 The Open Butter Masala Dosa and Benne Thatte Idli sound delicious, and I’m especially intrigued by the Guntur Chilli Chocolate Cake. I’ll definitely have to check it out next time I’m in Pune.

Wow, I love how eco friendly :recycling_symbol: the restaurant is @DurgaK03 .

Foods seems delicious & photo tells the truth. Filter coffee is too yummy to drink upon.

The ambience looks like most of the Benne Dosa outlets. I love all the pictures.
Did I read the cake name correct ? Was it Chilli Chocolate??

Yes you can try at their other outlets too! They serve filter kappi softy which unfortunately wasn’t available that day. Do try at karvenagar @TusharSuradkar sir

Yes correct, eco friendly, no plastic used and that banana leaf is eye pleasing. Their coffee was best and authentic. Glad you like the post shared!

Yes you heard right. That cake is guntur chilli chocolate cake. Guntur chilli are mostly grown in south (andra pradesh) cake was moist and super tasty with light chilli flavour.
