Ingredients required for making pani puri at Home :-
- Wheat flour
- Edible oil
- Curd
- Salt, potato, tamarind (imli), Roasted Cumin (Jeera), green chutney, sweet chutney.
Procedure for making pani puri :-
- Puri :- knead dough with water for making puri and fry it in pan so that it will look like below given picture.
- pani :- For making pani first of all take 200 ml water add tamarind, salt, roasted cumin powder green coriander leaves, as per your taste and water quantity.
- Chokha :- Mess boiled potatoes add salt, Roasted Cumin powder, cutting onion, coriander leaves as per taste and quantity.
- chutney :- for making chutney you have to grind green coriander leaves, green chillies, salt and grind it well in mixer.
- Sweet chutney :- for making sweet chutney you have to just add some sugar into tamarind water.
And here we go the final serving is ready to fill stomach with great taste. Try out pani puri by adding small amount of chokha into puri and fill puri with chutney, curd and water and eat into mouth and let me know the taste mine was too great in taste. Here is the picture
