Taipei 101 is one of the most iconic buildings in Taiwan. I had the chance to visit the place last January 2020. However, we were not able to go at the observatory because our tour guide said we don’t have enough time.
However, there is a shopping complex inside the building and a lot of restaurants. You could buy souvenirs here or you could eat in the restaurants. Major retail brands are also here so you could shop all you want.
The other floors are also used as commercial space for offices, but they are not accessed by the general public.
It was really hard to get a good angle to take the picture but I was glad this turned out well. I wish to visit Taiwan again and go back to the place.

Hello. Taipei 101 is a famous building in Taipei. The main attraction is the observatory. However, you could go inside the building for free because there is also a shopping complex with restaurants and stores where you could buy a lot of things. I was also informed by our tour guide that some of the floors were offices however, those floors cannot be accessed.
I was not able to purchase a ticket due to time restraint. But there is an information desk and a ticket booth once you go inside. Since this is a place for tourist, there are also a lot of English speaking guides around the shopping complex.
