Hi @DiNEs_H

Thanks for sharing your beautiful photos. I’ve also enlarged them to be able to see them better. Where is this beach located? Do you go there a lot? I really like the first photo with the boat. It’s really cute.

It would be great if you could share more information of the place and what camera you used. Your photos are great. Mobile camera as are also pretty good these days. Check out my posts for more tips. :slightly_smiling_face:

I also liked the first photo :star_struck: :v:

Answer my confusion

What will my future look like if I continue to work on Google Map?

I visited that beach in 2007 @DiNEs_H its a cool city - I was amazed how many people were there but how few went into the water.

Very nicely. The photo is also very beautiful. In fact, if you have a love for work, you can take a good photo.

Thank you so much, my dear @DiNEs_H for writing a good post sharing with us.

If you like it, you can read my writings post.

Good shots - I liked it the first one.

Thanks for sharing LG @DiNEs_H

Only Chennai and Pondicherry @TravellerG I was there for work so didn’t have much time for seeing the country.

Whether you were an LG at that time?
In which year you might have come?

I feel that many of us lost the luck of meeting you in person…

Have you any plan to visit again?

Thanks for your response, dear @PaulPavlinovich

With regards

Google Maps had only existed for one year when I went to Chennai @TravellerG it was rather a long time ago, so no I was not a Local Guide then.

We shall have to see when I start travelling again @TravellerG I personally feel that I won’t likely travel until at least 60% of the population of the place I’m going and places of people I’m likely to encounter on the way have been vaccinated against Covid and the virus reasonably controlled.

Right now Australians are able to leave the country, but we have to join a queue of roughly 30,000 people to be able to come home. We have to test negative before travel and on arrival go directly into 14 day mandatory quarantine and must negative on day 1 and day 11 to be able to go home on day 14. Failure to test or testing positive extends the stay in quarantine by 10 days.

This means travelling simply isn’t practical at this time.

Surely we understand the practical difficulties, dear friend @PaulPavlinovich

But, kindly keep our invitation in your mind to be our guest -

If you can include Kerala, we can jointly spend a day in Alleppey backwaters;

We have our premium, 3 bedroom House Boat there.

And we can also cover Munnar if your time permits.

With sincere regards
