OOZEY , TELLS YOU THE TASTE BEFORE YOU TRY IT

OOZEY

Hello to All,

Today I am sharing you about one of a very delicious lunch and occasion meal that it is a Turkish origin. Though Oozey is a Turkish, it’s very common and popular in Jordan, and mostly in Syria. Both people in Sy**ria and Jordan, are now professional in how to cook it inside their houses, like it’s Originally for us and not a Turkish.

If you asked me how it become a Syrian ,or a Jordanian famous meal and popular, I would say that the Ottoman Empire, extended from south part of Europe to the southern Border of Saudi Arabia, and from eastern coast of the Arabian Gulf, to the Western coast of Morocco for a 600 hundreds years has left a trace and influence behind before it’s gone. Overall, Oozey isn’t shown up in both mentioned countries in the new era, but before hundreds of years it’s started to be cooked in the Arabic region.

When you look at Oozey, when it’s done, you can feel how tasty it is, you will carve it’s shape that will tell you about the taste before you try it. It’s popular to be offered to guests in occasions in our houses or in a restaurants if you invite a friend. Though we cook OOZEY in our houses, It’s is very common in any Arabic Restaurants in Middle East

My friend @OSAMA_1 , thanks for sharing the recipe. Again and again, you make me drooling by looking at your chicken cooking dish

When I saw the ingredients, it’s similar with chicken steak or roasted chicken.

Where do you usually but the ingredients of you homemade cooking? Is it in a supermarket?

@TsekoV Have you ever tried Oozey when you were in Turkey?
