When I used “Incognito Window” to check the comments I had posted, I found that except for the positive comments, which were displayed normally, the other two negative comments were invisible. However, these two negative reviews are by no means personal attacks or insults. Instead, they describe specific incidents, provide photo and video evidence, and the content has reference value for other users. I asked Google Bard and it raised the possibility that my review was being flagged a lot.
I filled out the local guide complaint form on 9/23, 2023, but after three days, there is still no response.

Update 9/22, 2023：
(1) I don’t understand. In the original review on September 8, 2023, the operator responded and admitted that it gave wrong information. Why is Google still hiding my factual review?
(2) “Ha*** with A-Z Driving School” responded to my incorrect message on 9/8 21:22. (Industry could find the email based on the time I provided. Because of Google’s privacy policy, it’s hard to put the email photo.)
(3) Does the company have an obligation to be honest only after charging a fee? Also, reservations now have to be scheduled until early October? Since what I provide is a real experience, I have the right to comment.
(4) The driving school originally responded my letter on September 8, saying that appointments would not be available until October. However, the school owner stated on Yelp on 9/14 that there are currently vacancies because some courses have been canceled during this period … This obviously confirms my guess: The owner is using misleading information to weed out customers he doesn’t like.
From the available information, I suspect that it is because my email name shows my race, and I reasonably suspect the owner is being racially discriminatory.

Excuse me, I asked about the content of the driving training class today, and received your reply: “the guided drive test is not the Santa Clara drive test route. It is illegal to be within a mile of DMV drive test areas.” But I haven’t seen this regulation anywhere, could you provide the information on the DMV official website for my reference?
