The Ibibio’s call it Efere i’kon.

Thank you for sharing this meal with us, it looks very delicious and interesting. Did you cook it on your own or you had it somewhere at a restaurant?

I would have loved to taste it, however, and as far as I know, there is no Nigerian restaurant in Bulgaria.
