Offer information and be useful to the community, that is being a Local Guide for me

In Madrid there are thousands of restaurants and it was difficult for me to decide every time I wanted to go out to dinner, so I started looking for opinions on Google Maps and reading more and more user reviews and seeing their valuable photos.

Little by little I began to share my experiences too, in detail and the more photos the better because I like to give the most valuable information possible. Opinions can be subjective, but images do not deceive. Also, it seems like a perfect way to communicate with businesses to give them ideas for improvement or to thank them for having had a great evening that deserves to be shared.

I love to review those sites that I have loved so that others can also enjoy them, being a kind of sherpa who discovers places and at the same time a gastronomic critic but in an amateur version. And at the same time I love discovering new sites because of the recommendations made by the community. A feeling of trust and honesty is created that makes me want to grow it and contribute to cover all kinds of reviews: restaurants, cafes, small businesses, hotels, hiking trails, etc.

Above all, I like to give and help because it may seem silly but sometimes an opinion helps you decide on a site that makes the difference between a perfect evening and another to forget. Who wants a first date dining at a restaurant where the pasta is soggy, the floor is dirty or the service is unpleasant?

@EstefaMP that is the essence and motivation of the local guides: achieve a positive impact in the communities, congratulations and go ahead!
