Not Applied after a few seconds

Hello Dear friends

I hope you are well! I’m having trouble registering my friend’s business on Google Map and all my changes will be changed to “not applied” after a few seconds and won’t even be “pending” although I’m sure the information entered is correct. My account seems to have been restricted due to excessive changes. Please help to lift the restriction up.

Registering your friend’s business is a conflict of interest @AmirMalek15 and would likely lead to issues.

Direct your business to Google My Business and your friend can do it all including Maps, a web site and anything else they need all free https://business.google.com/

Thanks for your replies. But as you may know, Google Business is not available in Iran and we have no way of registering our business other than this.
If you have an alternative solution, thank you if you share it with me.

Unfortunately, we have no alternative solution as user generated content in certain areas may be disabled due to legal reasons. We may suspend or stop providing our services in certain areas if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
